可编程控制器在牧草压捆机上的应用研究

摘　　要：可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)是专为工业环境下应用而设计的一种数字运算操作的电子装置,是带有存储器、可以编制程序的控制器。它能够存储和执行指令,进行逻辑运算、顺序控制、定时、计数和算术运算等操作,可以控制各种类型的机械或生产过程。本文在实践的基础上研究了可编程控制器在牧草压捆机上的应用特点和程序结构,使得牧草打捆机的顺序动作得以实现自动化,大大提高了打捆机的工作效率和动作的精确度,并且有效地简化了控制电路,从试验的结果看,本方法安全可行。A Programmable Logic Controller is an electronic device for digital operation which is specially designed for the application of industry environment. It is also a controller who has a memorizer which can be programmed. It can store and execute dictate and can also do logical operation, order control, timing, counting, arithmetic operation and it can control all kinds of machine and manufacture process. This paper is a study on the apply characteristic and the program frame of a PLC which is used in the bundle press machine of grazing. The study makes the order movement of the bundle press machine of grazing automatically, and the study also heighten the efficiency and precision of the machine. The study can simplify the control circuit effectively. This way is safe and feasible.
