板齿割前摘脱台性能试验及影响因素分析

摘  要:介绍了4ZTL—1800型割前摘脱稻(麦)联收机的板齿摘脱台与4ZT—400型板齿摘脱台的工作原理,通过对二者之间作业性能的比较看出采用气流吸运的板齿摘脱台在性能上优于带螺旋推动器和风扇的摘脱台,可以明显降低落粒损失和总损失。但后者有割幅大,工作效率高的优点,并且可与传统型联合收获机挂结,方便、经济。Based on authors personal experiences gained in field tests of two different types of stripping headers used in ?ZTL—1800?model threshing before cutting stalk combine harvester and ?ZT—400?model, a comparison of their working principles and field performances was briefed. According to the compare and analysis, the stripping headers that using airflow transportation was better than using spirality and fan in decreasing harvest loss but the ?ZT—400?model stripping headers was better than traditional type and it was longer in cutting breadth, higher efficiency, more convenient and economy.
