陕北黄土高原地区坡耕地利用现状分析及合理开发利用对策研究——以国家级生态退耕县为例

摘　　要：以陕北黄土高原地区的 16个陕西省国家级生态退耕县为例 ,通过实际调查 ,运用定量与定性和数字计算的方法 ,对陕北黄土高原地区坡耕地利用现状与开发进行深入的探讨 ,目的在于查明该地区的坡耕地分布现状 ,对坡耕地的坡级结构、类型结构、生产结构以及生产效益进行全面的分析 ,并对其集约经营程度进行调查 ,提出了适合于陕北黄土高原地区坡耕地的切实可行合理开发利用对策 ,从而服务于陕北黄土高原地区的水土保持治理 ,服务于陕西的发展 。Taking 16 national biologic rescue counties in the Loess Plateau of Shaanxi province as examples to probe into the status in quo of slope cultivated lands in this area through the methods of fieldworks, quantitative analysis and mathematical analysis.The utilization status in quo of slope cultivated lands is analyzed from all aspects.And a series of countermeasures of the reasonable exploitation fitted to the slope cultivated lands in the Loess Plateau are put forward. The result of this research will be better to soil and water conservation, the development of Shaanxi Province and the Chinese Western Exploitation Plan.
