摘 要:以溴邻苯三酚红 (BPR)为显色剂 ,建立了以薄层树脂相光度法测定钇的方法。在 pH6 .5 ,6 6 5nm波长处直接测定钇 ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 6 .3× 10 6 L·mol- 1·cm- 1,其灵敏度比相应溶液法提高 30 0倍。方法用于合成矿样中钇的测定 。Determination of trace amounts of yttrium by thin layer resin phase absorptiophotometry using bromopyrogallol red (BPR) as chromogenic reagent was described in this paper. Yttrium(Ⅲ) was reacted with BPR in an acetate buffer medium of pH 6.5 to form a complex which showed an absorption maxima at 665nm. 0.1g of 717 # anion exchange resin was added to the colored solution of the complex which was adsorbed on the resin and was pressed into a resin cake of 1mm thick. The thin resin cake was air dried and its absorbance was measured against a reagent blank. A molar absorptivity of 6.3×10 6L·mol -1 ·cm -1 was found, which was about 300 fold higher than that obtained by the conventional photometric method using the same color reagent. This method has been satisfactorily applied to the analysis of a simulated yttrium ore.
