摘 要:通过紫外光谱的摩尔比法确定了腺嘌呤与 β 环糊精 ( β CD)包结物的包结比为 1∶1。通过紫外光谱和荧光光谱研究了腺嘌呤在酸性 ,中性 ,及碱性条件下的光谱变化及与 β CD包结物的光谱变化 ,分别求得了它们与 β CD包结的平衡常数。In this paper, by means of ultraviolet and fluorescence spectra I we studied the characteristics of three types of adenine (protonated, neutral, deprotonated) and their inclusion behavior with beta-CD. In UV spectra, absorbance wave length of deprotonated adenine was longer than that of protonated adenine. Meanwhile, their fluorescence excitation and emission spectra, which are similar to their UV spectra, support the results coming from UV spectra. When beta-CD solutions with various concentrations were added into three types of adenine solution with fixed concentration respectively, with the increase of beta-CD concentration, fluorescence excitation and emission intensities of all of them were increased. These phenomena of adenine with beta-CD. Stoichiometry was proved to be 1: 1 in all situations according to UV molar ratio method and fine fitted linearity of double reciprocal curves. Formining constants of inclusion complexes calculated using modified Benesi-Hildebrand equation were 161,106,135 L(.)mol(-1) respectively.
