摘 要:本文探讨了用美国LeemanLabs公司直读式扫描型等离子体原子发射光谱仪 (ICP AES)同时测定尿液中Na,K ,Ca,Mg ,Co ,Mo等十七种元素的方法。尿液保存于微量元素含量极低的进口聚丙烯材料瓶中。采用亚沸高纯水配制各种溶液 ,使用 6 5 %的工艺超纯硝酸消化 ,以降低空白 ,减少误差。参照尿液中 17种元素初测值和文献报道值 ,对混合溶液浓度进行基体匹配 ,用逐级稀释法配制成 3级标准系列工作溶液 ,溶液介质为 2 %硝酸。样品于 130℃恒温消化 ,稀释一倍。本法最低检出限能满足尿样的测定要求 ;稳定性较好 ,平行实验中 17种元素的RSD都小于 10 % (Cu除外 ) ;回收率在 95 %~ 10 4%之间。本方法对探索微量元素与健康的关系有重要意义。A method of determining seventeen inorganic elements in human urine by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry is reported. The detected elements include Na, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Al, Zn, Cu, Cr, Ni, Co, Cd, Mo, Sr, Mn, Li and Ba. Samples were stored in bottles made of polypropylene with little pollution of trace elements. Sub-boiling water was employed to make up of solution and ultra-pure HNO3 was used to digest samples in order to decrease blank and error. Seventeen standards were dissolved according to their physiological concentrations by matrix matching in 2% HNO3 to make up standard solution in three grades in order to reduce mutual interferences. Samples were digested in graphite furnace set at 130degreesC and diluted with 2% HNO3 on the ratio of 1 : 1. The detection limits of this method are suitable to detect human urine sample. At the same time, this method is good at reproducibility and recovery. The RSD of 17 elements (except for Cu) are less than 10%. The recovery rates are between 95% and 106%. This method can be used to evaluate the relationship between trace elements and health problems.
