山苍子组织培养快速繁殖技术研究

摘　　要：以山苍子成年植株带芽茎段为外植体 ,进行快繁技术体系研究。筛选出启动、增殖、生根的最佳培养基配方 ,其中启动率为 80 %,月增殖系数是 7 7,生根率为 86 7%。Sections of stems with buds from mature plant of Litsea cubeba were used for explant in study of organ culture to establish a rapid technique system of micropropagation,and to find out the best culture medium of iniation culture?subculture?rooting culture.The rate of iniation was 80%.The rate of propagation could reach about 7.7.The rooting rate was about 86.7%.
