南昆经济带的外向型地域开发模式

摘　　要：适应我国 2 1世纪实施西部大开发国策的需要 ,本文以社会经济空间结构“点一轴系统”理论为依据 ,对中西部地区的南昆经带外向型地域开发模式的空间系统结构、因素作用机制以及空间地域功能效应 ,按国内外各经济体之间的相互联系、相互作用的空间演变规律 ,进行了揭示、分析与评价 ,并由此而对我国制定西部大开发。In order to meet with the need of China's national strategy of exploitation and opening of the west in the 21st century, based on the theory of 'point_axis system' of spatial structure and according to the law of spatial evolution by which economic unities interrelate and interact in internal and international scales. This paper exposes the spatial system structure of the outward development model of the Nanning_Kunming Economic zone located in the middle and west China, analyzes its factor_action mechanism and evaluates its regional functional effect. This paper also put forward also the regional principle of compensation of related strategic tactics in west China's opening process.
