摘 要:在混合式高频交流配电系统仿真研究的基础上 ,通过分析选择负载特性好 ,输出波形质量高的串并联谐振变换器作为混合式高频交流配电系统中产生高频正弦交流电的源变换器 ,对其进行了参数设计及电路仿真。在理论分析与仿真计算的基础上 ,设计并制作了一台配电系统样品。通过不同工作模式下的负载试验验证了该配电系统 ,结合了正弦电压型和电流型配电结构的长处 ,具有非电接触式有限功率传输、负载端无须短路保护、可热插拔负载。The concept of high frequency distribution system was first proposed by Lewis Research Center of NASA for space applications. Since then a number of industries have been working to exploit the potential of this concept for the several other applications because of many advantages such as end to end system efficiency, distributed heat profile, hot insertion of electronic cards without active current limiting, and point of use regulation. Until now, two types of high frequency distribution system are presented as follows: (1) High frequency sinusoidal voltage distribution system, which has the advantages of sinusoidal voltage and current distribution, low EMI and high overall efficiency from low load to full load. However it does not provide connectorless power transfer capability. (2) High frequency sinusoidal current distribution system, which has the capability of connectorless power transfer but suffers from the disadvantages of high EMI and poor overall efficiency at low to medium load. On the basis of simulation of hybrid high frequency power distribution system, series and parallel resonant inverter system is presented. A method for optimizing the design of hybrid resonant inverter topology is given. The performance characteristics such as the total harmonic distortion of output voltage, rms output voltage, and efficiency of the inverter are presented. Finally, it is illustrated that the hybrid resonant inverter system has the advantage of performance character and output wave, and satisfies the operating of a power supply for the high frequency hybrid AC power distribution system. On the analysis and simulation, in order to verify the proof of concept of high frequency distribution system, a sample of distribution system is produced. Experiments of different operating modes show that the hybrid high frequency power distribution system combines the advantages of both sinusoidal voltage and current types of high frequency distribution system, and has the following advantages: (1) Connectorless lim
