摘  要:目的 探讨大鼠面神经核内非运动神经元的放电样式。方法 在切断面神经引起面运动神经元逆行溃变后 ,细胞外记录面神经核内非运动神经元的单位放电 ,观察其放电样式与呼吸周期的关系。结果 在 18只大鼠共记录到 142个自发放电神经元 ,其中呈非呼吸相关性放电的神经元 (NRRNs) 12 7个 (89.4% ) ;呈呼吸相关性放电的神经元 (RRNs) 15个 (10 .6 % )。结论 面神经核不仅控制面部骨骼肌的运动 。Objective To explore the discharge patterns of non-motoneurons in the facial nucleus of rats. Methods After retrograde degeneration of the facial motoneurons induced by section of the facial nerve, the discharge of non-motoneurons in the facial nucleus was extracellularly monitored, and their phase relations to the respiratory cycle were investigated. Results In 18 rats, totally 142 non-motoneurons with spontaneous discharge were recorded in the facial nucleus. Among them, 127 (89.4%) were non-respiratory related neurons (NRRNs) and 15 (10.6%), respiratory related neurons (RRNs). Conclusion There exist different kinds of non-motoneurons in the facial nucleus. The results of this study suggest that the facial nucleus not only controls the movement of the facial skeletal muscles, but also participates in the regulation of other functions such as respiration.
