放线菌素D产生菌浅藤黄链霉菌N45诱变育种研究

摘　　要：用紫外线诱变处理放线菌素D产生菌浅藤黄链霉菌N45 ,结合缬氨酸耐性变种的筛选 ,使菌种的发酵单位提高 2倍 ,其发酵液经分离纯化获结晶粉 ,用HPLC检测放线菌素D含量达 95 %。Dactinomycin D producing strain S. luteolutesens N45 was treated with ultraviolet ray and the mutants were screened by L-valine resistant method. As a result, the fermentation titer of one mutant strain was increased 2 fold. After extraction from fermentation culture, purification and crystallization, dactinomycin D powder was obtained and the purity is 95% by HPLC analysis.
