心脏手术后胸腔引流血血液流变学和生化分析

摘　　要：目的　减少库血的应用 ,预防血液传染病 ,使心脏手术后胸腔引流血回输技术更安全可靠。方法　从血液流变学和生化方面比较分析 12例心脏手术患者的胸腔引流血、自体血、库血 ,明确引流血的性质。结果　①血液流变学方面 :胸腔引流血逊于自体血 ,和库血无明显差别。②生化方面 :胸腔引流血表现为高心肌酶、高游离血红蛋白、高钾、低血细胞压积、低血小板。结论　胸腔引流血与库血相似 ,若经适当处理可回输。Objiective To rebuke in using homogenous blood,protect infective diseases of blood,make more safety of the transfusion of shed mednatinal blood. Method 12 cases of open heart surgery,the changes of hemorheology and biochemical analysis were studied,compared in shed mednatinal blood,autogenous blood,and hemogenous blood.The properity of shed mednatinal blood was evaluated. Result The changes of hemorheology were significant between shed mednatinal and autogenus blood,not significant bteween shed mednatinal and homogenous blood.The viscosity of shed mednatinal blood was lower than that of autogenosous blood,but there were no differences in deforamation between them.On the biochemical changes,myocardial enzyme-spectrum,free-hemoglobin,potassium were higher;hematocrit,platelet count were lower in shed mednatinal blood.The harmful factors inshed mednatinal blood were eliminated by Cell saver,so the retransfusion of red cell was safer. Conclusion The transfusion of shed mednatinal blood washing by Cell Saver is safe,can save homogenus blood,and reduce infective diseases of blood.
