摘　　要：目的　探讨CELL -DYN35 0 0R血液分析仪出现的部分细胞警示。方法　选择血液分析仪屏幕上显示有NRBC、RRBC或NWBC警示的血标本直接涂片 ,瑞氏染色后检查是否出现NRBC及幼稚细胞。结果　警示NRBC、RRBC及NWBC时 ,显微镜检查出现NRBC的比例为 38.1% (15 9 417)、2 5 .6 % (2 2 86 )及 2 3.5 % (31 132 ) ,出现幼稚细胞的比例分别为 7.4% (31 417)、17.4% (2 2 86 )及 8.3% (11 132 )。结论　CELL -DYN35 0 0R警示NRBC、RRBC、NWBC时必须涂片检查予以确证 ,无任何警示时可以认可仪器的结果 ,无需涂片镜检。Objective To evaluate the WBC flags on the CELL-DYN3500R Haematology analyzer. Method Wright-stained smears were performed to confirm the presence of NRBCs and blast cells in the blood samples with the NRBC(nucleated RBC),RRBC(resistant RBC),and NWBC(Non-WBC)flags on the analyzer. Results Wright-staine smears gave NRBCs ratio of 38.1%(159/417) for the NRBC flag,25.6%(22/86)for the RRBC flag,23.5%(31/132) for the NWBC flag,and blast cells ratio of 7.4%(31/417) for thd NRBC flag,17.4%(15/86)for the RRBC flag,8.3%(11/132)for the NWBC flag. Conclusion The smear examination should be performed to confirm the presence of NRBCs and blast cells in the blood samples when flagging on the analyzer,however it is not necessary when no flag occurred.
