摘　　要：本文首先提出并详细描述了一种基于内容的图像归档和查询的基本算法模型 ,并在此基础上提出了一个基于Web的基本实现方案 :后台采用 Robot程序获取 Internet上图像数据并存储 URL,在应用层对搜索到的图像数据建立图标库和特征库 ;前台采用基于浏览器的 Web查询页面实现与用户的交互并获取查询信息 ,通过 ASP和 DHTML与后台的特征库进行匹配以实现地址和相应图标的返回结果显示 .文章最后为对引入 XML,COM/ DCOM和移动 Agent技术以克服上述方案中存在的局限性的最终分布式方案进行了概要设计和分析 .This paper presents a fundamental algorithm model at first. Then a web based essence scheme is propounded: by using backstage Robot program, images in the Internet are obtained and their URLs are recorded, and icons and feature records of the images are built by program in the apply layer. Then ASP and DHTML technologies are used to match the feature data with query information getting from users by browse based homepage and show the outcome URLs and icons. Following this, this paper gives a summary design and analysis of a more consummate scheme in which XML, COM/DCOM and mobile agent technologies are introduced in order to conquer the limitation of the essence scheme. All the models and schemes above are practiced in a magnanimity images database constructed in medicine information and telmedicine engineering.
