摘　　要：提出一种用于钢绳芯胶带张力在线监测的新方法 ,介绍了其基于挠性变形和受力分析的测量原理及 1套实用装置。模拟试验和工业性试验结果表明 :这种监测方法原理正确 ,具有较高的测量精度和可靠性 ,是一种可行的胶带张力监测方法。A new method of on-line monitoring the steel cord conveyor belt tension is presented in this paper,which is based on the belt's flexibility and analysis of the tension.A system used for on-line monitoring the tension is developed.The simulation and industrial experiments show that this method is practical and features high precision and reliability.
