多次使用穿刺针处置的方法及效果观察

摘　　要：各种穿刺针在临床上常反复多次使用 ,其结构复杂 ,针腔内更易遗留污物血迹 ,传染性更强。本文介绍的这种清洗处置方法 ,结果其热原阴性率均为 10 0 % ,隐血试验合格率均为 10 0 % ,值得借鉴和使用。Various puncture needles are usually repeatedly used in clinic.Because of their complex structure,communicable contaminated materials and blood are easy to be left in the needles.This paper presents a method for cleaning up the dirts.Results showed that the negative rate of pyrogen was 100% and occult blood test showed a 100% acceptable rate.It deserves to be used.
