摘 要:用电化学动态极化法和SEM、XRD等研究了钛在海水中的阴极极化行为。结果表明 :钛在海水中的阴极极化明显 ,析氢受到阻滞。温度升高 ,利于氢在钛上析出。钛在海水中阴极极化对氢脆十分敏感 ,在 - 1.1V恒电位阴极充氢4 8h的钛试样中没有发现TiHx相 。Cathodic polarization behaviors of titanium in seawater were investigated by using potentiodynamic polarization and SEM and XRD. Results indicated that cathodic polarization of titanium was great and hydrogen evolution was retarded. With the temperature rising from room temperature to 60℃, hydrogen evolution became more easily. XRD and SEM results showed that hydrogen embrittlement susceptivity of titanium was increased under cathodic polarization in seawater and there existed more cleavages on the fracture zone though TiHx was not observed in the specimens under cathodic polarization at 1.1V for 48 hours.
