摘 要:通过高压釜试验 ,对影响十八胺 (ODA)在 2 0A碳钢试片表面成膜的主要因素进行了研究 ,并进行了电化学测试。结果表明试片经ODA乳状液的高温处理后 ,表面形成保护膜而处于钝化状态 ;当ODA浓度为 2 0mg/L、pH值为 9.5左右时成膜效果最好 ;成膜效果随温度升高呈上升趋势 ,在 2The main factors influencing octadecylamine (ODA) film formed on 20A carbon steel were studied by autoclave test and polarization curves. Results showed that steel specimen was passivated for protective film had formed on the surface treated by ODA emulsion at high temperature. The filming effect was best as ODA concentration was 20 mg/L and pH was 9.5. The performance of ODA protective film was improved with the increase of temperature. The filming effect was strengthened with time gone but weakened as the time was longer than 1 hour at 280℃.
