摘 要:利用电化学极化技术对经阳极氧化处理的镁试样进行快速评价 ,筛选出无铬、无磷、无氟及其他有毒有害组分 ,而对提高镁耐蚀性效果显著的阳极氧化电解液及其工艺。同时将新工艺的成膜效果与镁阳极氧化经典工艺Dow17和HAE进行了电化学测试和全浸实验。发现 ,两者具有较好的一致性 。Anodizing effects of magnesium and its alloys AZ91D and AM60B were evaluated quickly by using electrochemical polarization technology. An environmental friendly bath solution without chromate, phosphate, fluoride and any injurious ingredients, and a process based on the new bath solution were obtained and could enhance corrosion resistance of magnesium and its alloys efficiently. Compared with the film forming effect by classic processes Dow17 and HAE, the new process was more effective to improve corrosion protection of magnesium and its alloys by consistent results of electrochemistry measurements and total immersion tests.
