摘 要:采用静态法实验研究了溶液初始浓度、温度、搅拌强度及挂片材质对氟硅酸钾 (钠 )在湿法磷酸溶液中结晶生长的影响 ;结果表明 ,初始浓度增加能明显提高结晶速度、缩短诱导期 ,搅拌的影响不明显 ,氟硅酸钾 (钠 )晶体生长过程由晶体的表面反应控制 ,并根据实验结果得到其结晶生长的动力学方程。The effects of initial concentration,solution temperature,stirring rate and the nature of the hanging piece on potassium (sodium) fluosilicate crystal growth from phosphoric acid solution have been investigated based on static method.The results show that the crystal growth rates greatly increase and the induction periods shorten with the increase of initial concentration,stirring rate has little effect on the crystallization rates,and that the crystal growth takes place by a surface controlled process,the amount of (Na,K) 2SiF 6 deposited on the hanging piece could be greatly reduced for polychloroethylene and polytetrafluoroethylene plastics.In addition,the growth kinetics equation and the relationship between supersaturation and induction periods are obtained according to the test results.
