摘 要:利用短的湿壁管并结合双膜模型研究了氯气与丙酮并流氯化反应的传质过程和速率 ,考察了丙酮液流量VL、氯气流量QG 以及湿壁管长度L对该气液反应传质速率NA 的影响。研究发现NA 与VL 几乎无关 ,但随管长度 (或传质相界面面积A)的增加而上升 ,结果表明该传质过程可视为受气膜控制。统计回归分析得到气液传质通量NG=0 .0 0 11Q0 .98G V0 .0 199L A-0 .99D-0 .90 8tL 或NG=0 .0 0 11Q0 .98G V0 .0 199L /[(πD2tLL) 0 .90 8A0 .0 82 ],传质通量的大小不但与气液的流量和传质面积有关 。The gas phase mass transfer process was studied experimentally based on the double film theory when chlorine and acetone chlorinated in a short parallel flow wetted wall tube,and the effect of acetone liquid flow rate( V L) and chlorine gas flow rate ( Q G) and the length ( l ) of the wetted well tube on the gas liquid mass transfer rate has been investigated.It′s found that N A is almost independent on V L,but it increases as the length l (or the phase interface area A ) rises.The results indicate that mass transfer process is controlled by gas film.From the statistic regression analysis,we got a correlation of the mass transfer flux N G: N G=0.0011 Q G 0.98 V L 0.0199 A -0.99 D tL -0.908 or N G=0.0011 Q G 0.98 V L 0.0199 /[(π D tL 2 l ) 0.908 A 0.082 ],so that the N G is well concerned with Q G, V L, A ,and diffusing space of the gas in the reactor.
