摘　　要：目的 :探讨带血管蒂第一掌骨瓣在舟、月骨缺血性坏死的应用价值。方法 :回顾性分析 3 4例应用了该血管蒂骨瓣的病例。结果 :2 9例经过 10～ 2 0个月的随访 ,腕关节疼痛消失 ,Χ线复查 :舟骨、月骨大小正常 ,骨折线和囊性变消失 ,骨小梁消晰 ,腕关节间隙正常 ,掌骨骨缺损区被新生骨痂填充。结论 :带血管蒂第一掌骨瓣翻转是舟。Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of transfer of the first metacarpal flaps with vascular pedicle in treatment of the ischemic necrosis of scaphoid lunatum. Methods: 34 cases treated with this way were analyzed. Results: A follow up for 10 to 20 months was carried out in 29 cases. The carpal pain disappeared in all cases. X ray showed as followings: The shapes of scaphoid and lunatum were normal and fractural line and cystoid denaturation disappeared. The bone trabecula could be seen clearly and the defects of the first metacaparl were filled up by callus. Conclusion: It is an ideal method of treating the ischemic necrosis of scaphoid and lunatum.
