摘  要:目的 探讨慢性肾功能不全 (CRF)患者血浆神经肽Y(NPY)的变化及前列腺素E1(PGE1)对其及肾功能影响。方法 采用放射免疫分析法测定 6 5例慢性肾功能不全患者及 30例健康者血浆NPY浓度 ,及应用PGE1治疗 2 1d前后血浆NPY ,BUN ,Cr的含量进行比较分析。结果  (1)CRF患者血浆NPY含量明显高于健康组 ,且CRF患者中NPY含量尿毒症期明显高于氮质血症期 ;(2 )PGE1治疗 2 1d后实验组中血浆NPY的含量、BUN ,Cr值明显降低。对照组无明显变化。结论 CRF患者体内血浆NPY水平与肾功能不全的发展过程密切相关 ,PGE1可降低CRF患者血浆NPY的含量 。Objective To study the change of neuropeptide Y (NPY) in plasma and the effects of prostaglandin E 1 (PGE 1) on NPY and renal function in chronic renal failure patients. Methods Radioimmunassay was explored to measure the concentration of NPY, BUN and Cr in plasma of 65 chronic renal failure patients and 30 health person, then compared the concentration before and after treatment for 21 days with PGE 1. Results 1 The plasma concentration of NPY on chronic renal failure patients was dramatically higher than that in health group, while the plasma concentration of NPY in uremia patients was significantly higher than that in nitremia patients; 2 The plasma concentration of NPY, BUN and Cr in chronic renal patients declined dramatically after treatment 21 days with PGE 1, while there was not any significant change in the control group. Conclusion The plasma NPY level is closely correlated with the degree of chronic renal failure. PGE 1 can decrease the level of NPY, BUN and Cr in chronic renal patients and improve the renal function.
