摘　　要：目的　总结治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折的经验。方法　采用双开窗减压AF内固定治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折 18例。结果　经 12～ 2 4个月随访 ,平均椎体前后高度由术前的 5 2 6 %和 76 3%恢复为术后的 95 4 %和 97 8%。Cobb’s角由术前平均 18.8°恢复为术后平均 1.5°。结论　该方法复位、固定可靠 ,创伤小 ,可保留未损伤节段功能 ,同时保留了后柱的稳定性。Objective To sum up the clinical experience of treatment of thoracolumbar bursting fractures. Methods 18 cases of thoracolumbar bursting fractures were treated with Biolateral fenestration decompression and AF operation. Results Through follow up of 12～24 months, it was found that the height of compressed vertebral bodies in all cases were recoverd from 52.6% (anterior) to 95.4%, and 76.3% (posterior) to 97.8% on average. The Cobb's angle were recovered from 18.8° to 1.5° on average. Conclusion This method is reliable in reduction and fixtion, there is only little trauma and it can reserve the function of intact segments maximally.
