摘　　要：目的　提供一种后踝骨折复位内固定的理想方法。方法　采用跟骨牵引后C臂X光机下手法复位 ,胫前正中小切口自前向后拧入松质骨螺钉将后踝固定。结果　骨折均得到良好复位及牢固的内固定 ,患者踝关节功能满意。结论　C臂X光机下后踝骨块复位胫前切口螺钉内固定术具有创伤小、操作简便及踝关节功能恢复好等优点 。Objective To evaluate the method of reposition and internal fixation with pretibial small incision for treating posterior fracture of malleolus. Methods After traction of calcaneus, under C arm X ray machine we used manual reposition, carved pretibial medion part with small incision, screwed the screws into cancellous bone in order to fix posterior malleolus. Results The fracture of malleolus were got well reposition and internal fixation. The functions of ankle joint were satisfied. Conclusion Under C arm X ray machine, the method of reposition and internal fixation with pretibial small incision for treating posterior fracture of malleolus has the following advantages: the trauma is slight, the operation is simple, the function of ankle joint recovery is perfect.
