摘　　要：目的　从理论上探讨自动生化分析仪中限额参数的设置方法。方法　以中生公司ALT试剂为例 ,在OLYMPUSAU 4 0 0和CoBASMIRAplus生化分析仪上进行了不同参数下试剂测定最大范围的实验 ,并根据实验计算出限额参数。结果　同一种试剂在不同仪器上最大测定范围是相对恒定的。从线性期到非线性期的OD变化也基本一致。结论　在仪器分析参数和试剂确定之后 。Objective In order to study the method of limit parameter set of biochemical autoanalyzer in terms of theory. Metho ds The maximum limits of ALT reagent of Zhong Sheng Co was studied to rarying parameters with biochemical autoanalyzer of OLYMPUS AU 400 and CoBAS MIRA plus. Results The maximum limits of same reagent was stable in different analyzer. The change of OD was same from linear to nolinear. Conclusion When parameters and reagent were difinited, limit parameters were calculated and set on the basis of limits of linear.
