摘  要:目的 :观察复方丹参注射液治疗脊髓损伤后肢体运动功能的变化 ,探讨丹参对大鼠脊髓损伤的保护和促进修复作用及其作用机理。方法 :大鼠按Allen改良法制备脊髓损伤动物模型 ,分别在术前和术后用复方丹参注射液腹腔注射。用斜板试验法和BBB(Bosso ,BeattieandBresnahan )评分法观察大鼠脊髓损伤后运动功能的变化。结果 :用药组大鼠脊髓损伤后肢体运动功能恢复较快 ,术前与术后用药组动物的运动功能恢复程度无显著性差异。结论 :丹参对大鼠实验性急性脊髓损伤后运动功能的恢复有促进作用。Objective: To study the protective effect on spinalcord injury and regeneration promoted with Salvia milteorrhiza (SM), the changes of hindlimbs locomotor after spinal cord injury treated with SM were observed. Method: Animal models of acute spinalcord injury were made in 46 Wistar rats by the method of Allens technique. The rats were divided into four groups: normal group without spinal cord injury, model control group, pre-operation treated with SM and post-operation treated with SM. The inclined plane test and BBB(Bosso,Beattie and Bresnahan) scores method were used to evaluate the changes of hindlimbs locomotor function in the rats. Result: the restoration of locomotor was distinct in the rats treated with SM. There were no significant difference in locomotor function between the rats treated pre-operation and post-operation. Conclusion: The SM can promote the locomotor function after spinal cord injury.
