摘　　要：目的　探讨保肾冲剂含药血清对人系膜细胞 (MC)增殖及分泌炎性介质的作用。方法　应用血清药理学方法 ,观察不同浓度保肾冲剂含药血清对体外培养的人肾小球系膜细胞增殖及分泌IL - 6水平的影响。结果　三种浓度含药血清均能在一定程度上对抗LPS诱导的MC增殖及IL - 6蛋白质产量的增加 ,这种对抗作用呈现出一定的剂量依赖性。结论　保肾冲剂血清能抑制MC增殖并能干预活化MC分泌细胞因子。? Objective To investigate the effect of Baoshen Mixture on cell proliferation and cytokine production in glomerulus mesangial cell induced by lipopolysaccharide(LPS).Methods Using the method of seropharmacology,cell proliferation and the level of IL-6 secreted by mesangial cell culture in vitro of Human treated with Baoshen Mixture with different thickness were detected.Results The result showed that Baoshen Mixture obviously inhibited MC proliferation and IL-6 secreted by Human mesangial cell stimulated by LPS in a dose-dependent manner.Conclusion This study indicates that Baoshen Mixture can inhibited MC proliferation and intervene secretion of inflammatory medium of activated MC. 〔
