补肾方治疗Alzheimer病的临床研究

摘　　要：为了探讨补肾方治疗Alzheimer病 (AD)的疗效 ,将 6 8例AD患者随机分成两组 ,其中治疗组 34例用中药补肾方治疗 ,对照组 34例用西药多奈哌齐治疗 ,疗程均为 12周。观察疗效及治疗前后患者的MMSE、ADL和神经心理学量表 (FOM、RVR、DS、BD)的变化。结果 :治疗组总有效率6 1.76 % ,对照组总有效率 6 4.71% (P >0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组患者的MMSE、ADL、RVR量表有明显改善作用 (P <0 .0 1)。提示补肾方能够改善AD患者的认知功能和日常生活能力 。To observe the clinical efficacy of “Kidney Nourishing Formula” in the treatment of Alzheimers disease(AD),68 cases were randomized into two groups:treatment group with 34 cases treated by the “Formula” and control group with 34 cases treated by Donepezil,and treated for twelve weeks.The mini mental state examination(MMSE),activities of daily living(ADL),and neurosychological scales including FOM,RVR,DS and BD were measured respectively before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 61.76% in treatment group and 64.71% in control group, P >0.05;in treatment group,the MMSE,ADL and RVR improved significantly, P <0.01.It is indicated that this “Formula” can improve the ability of cognition and daily life,and that it is an effective an herbal preparation for AD.
