老年冠心病患者血小板α颗粒膜蛋白-140检测的临床意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨老年冠心病患者血小板α颗粒膜蛋白 - 140检测的临床意义。方法　采用流式细胞仪(FCM)和单克隆抗体CD 6 2 p测定 38例稳定性心绞痛 (SAP)患者 ,5 0例不稳定性心绞痛 (UAP)患者和 8例急性心肌梗死 (AMI)患者的外周血中血小板α颗粒膜蛋白 - 140 (GMP - 140 ) ,并随机选择 35例体检者作为对照组。结果老年冠心病患者的GMP - 140阳性率与对照组的比较 ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　老年冠心病患者血浆GMP - 140含量增高 ,抗血小板活化在冠心病的治疗中有重要意义。Objective To search the significance of clinic test of the plasma alpha granule membrane protein-140 in old patients with coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods With method of flow cytometer and CD62p(monoclonal antibody),we detected the plasma alpha-granule membrane protein -140 (GMP-140) of the patients with stable angina pectoris (SAP)(n=38),unstable angina pectoris (UAP)(n=50) acute myocardial infarction (AMI)(n=8),and control group from random healthy old people (n=35).Result The positive rate of GMP-140 in old CHD patients is significantly higher than that in control group ( P <0 05).Conclusion The positive rate of GMP-140 in old CHD patients is high and the anti-activated platelet is important for treatment of CHD.
