摘　　要：本文简述了矿产资源勘查与开发对国民经济建设和国防建设的重大意义,大陆活化构造和活化区成矿研究是实现找矿勘查重大突破,为国民经济建设和国防建设提供矿产资源保障提供科学理论根据。文章分析了海洋结构、演化历史及海洋活化构造和成矿特征,提出了海洋活化构造将成为国家战略资源供应的重要宝库。Exploration and exploitation of min eral resource play an important role in state economy and na-tional defence construction,the study of continental activated tecton ics and activated regions can make a significant breakthrough to prospect,and provide a scientific theoretic basis and mineral resource guaran tee for the state economy and national defence construction.This paper discusses and analyzes oc eanic structures,evolution history and characteristics of oceanic activated tectonics and metallogen sis,and points out that oceanic activated tectonics will become an important treasures providing a strategic resource.
