摘　　要：从现阶段我国国情出发 ,对我国图书馆立法的社会环境、独立法人地位、法律责任。In this paper,I will present some ideas about the social environment,status of the juridical person,law obligation and law relief for the legislation of our library,base on the situation of our country under this stage.
