摘 要:采用TBA荧光法,微量指血SOD快速测定法,测定了120例糖尿病人的血清LPO值,红细胞Cu/Zn SOD活性,并与正常对照比较。结果证实,糖尿病人血清LPO值升高,红细胞Cu/Zn SOD活性降低,P<0.01有非常显著性差异。其中以糖尿病性血管病变,白内障患者更为显着。结果提示,糖尿病人体内脂质过氧化反应增强;LPO值增高是SOD活性降低和/或氧自由基增高的结果。故LPO值,SOD活性测定对糖尿病多脏器功能损害发生机制的研究有重大意义。Using the TBA flurometric Method and micro-analysis of finger blood, we have measured the serum LPO levels and RBC Cu/Zn SOD activity in 120 patients with diabetes and in 50 normal controls. The results shewed that their serum LPO levels were higher than those of normal controls, whiie RBC Cu/Zn SOD activity was less. Both of them had significant difference in diabetes and normal controls ( P<0.01). The results suggested that the lipoperxidation was strong in patients with diabetes. The inereasing of the LPO levels was resaalted from the decrease of the RBC Cu/Zn SOD activity and/or the inereas of the oxygen froc radicals. The measurements of the LPO levels and RBC Cu/Zn SOD activities had significant effects on the pathogonsfs research of the diabetic multiple organs' disfunction.
