摘 要:在Hopkinson压杆上测量不同组织结构钢的动态屈服强度 ,分析了动态性能与冲击速度的关系并观察其微观组织。得到冲击速度与屈服强度的关系 ,并初步明确了动态强化的机制。结果表明 ,冲击速度上升 ,动态屈服强度上升 ;上升程度决定于组织而不是强度。The dynamic yield strength of structure steels with different microstructures was measured with Hopkinson perch. The relationship between the dynamic properties and the impact velocity was analyzed, and the microstructures of the steels were observed. The relationship between impact velocity and yield strength was obtained. The mechanism of dynamic strengthening was defined preliminarily. The testing results show that, the dynamic yield strength of the steels increases with a rise in impact velocity, and the rising degree depends on the microstructures but not on the strength; the main reason of the dynamic yield strength rising is the prior formation of twins.
