摘　　要：总结11例隐耳症的手术经验,结合畸形的病理基础,分析影响手术效果的因素,提出合理的修复方法。Onizuka法可作为手术方法的基础。手术要点是合理设计皮瓣,修复从颅侧分开后的耳廓后皮肤缺损,有效地纠正耳软骨畸形。In this article, the surgical experiences of 11 cases of cryptotia were summarized. The deformity in cryptotia was characterized by the superier portion of the auricle buried below the cealp. The cephalo-auricuiar sulous disappeared from sight. Its prthological changes included: 1) deficieney of skia on the posterior aspect of the upper auricle, 2) deformity of the antihelix especially its superior crus, 3) abnomal attachment of the auricular museular fibrous tissue, 4) dysplasia of scapha, transverse deformity of auricular concha. The operative procedure were: 1) to design the skin flap, such as triangle flap, Y-V advancement flap, trefoil flap, Z-plasty. 2) to release the fixed fibrous tissue. 3) to correct the acute fold in the superior crus of the antihelix, 4) to restore the auricular concha to a normal shape.
