摘　　要：探讨了舰长战术训练模拟系统 (SSCTT)的设计方法 ,按照“建立军事模型——设计系统功能流程——设计系统结构”的思路 ,提出了一种可用于训练舰长决策能力的战术训练模拟系统的总体框架与实现途径 ,并初步分析了该系统的应用前景。In this paper,the method for designing the Simulation System for Captain Tactical Training(SSCTT) has been studied.The total framework of SSCTT,which can be served as trainer of captain's decision making capability,and it's inplementation has been given according to steps of modeling-the system function designing-the system structure designing.The perspective of the system is also analysed.
