摘　　要：目的:观察间歇性静-静脉血液滤过对血液透析不耐受急性肾衰患儿的疗效。方法:静脉内置管,FH55滤器,血流量3～5ml/(kg.min),超滤率12～17ml/min。Port配方,每日治疗1次,每次5～6小时,置换液量4～5L,并予对症处理。结果:7例中5例痊愈,2例死亡。结论:间歇性静-静脉血液滤过可用于救治血液动力学不稳定的急性肾衰患儿。Purpose; To observe the therapeutic efficacy of intermittent vein - vein hemofiltration in children with acute renal failure (ARF) who didn't tolerate hemodialysis. Methods: In all cases, tube was placed in vein,FH55 filtration appliance and port prescription were use,and the blood flow was 3 ~5ml/ (kg. min) ,ultrafiltration rate was 12 ~ 17ml/min,the patients were treated with this method a time per day, lasted 5~6 hours every time, and the volume of replaced solution was 4 ~ 5 L, interrelated symptom was dealed with. Results: In 7 cases, 5 were cured, 2 died. Conclusion: Intermittent vein -vein hemofiltra-tion can be used to treated the children who had ARF with unstable hemodynamics.
