摘　　要：目的:建立准确,稳定的含量测定方法,有效地控制本制剂质量。方法:以甲醇索氏回流提取,HPLC法测定样品中橙皮苷的含量。结果:样品中橙皮苷得到了很好的分离,橙皮苷进样量在0.075-1.2μg范围内,线性关系良好,r=0.9997,回收率为97.60％,RSD为1.11％。结论:本 法可作为制剂质量控制的有效手段。Objective: Setting an accurate and stable quantitative determination method for quality control of the preparation.Method: Hesperidin in preparation was extracted by refluxing method with methanol,and determined by HPLC system with ODS column and the mobile phase of methanol,acetonitrile,water and phosphoric acid(15:15:70:0.1).Result:The range of linear relationship was 0.075～ 1.2μg,the recovery rate of free hesperidin was 97.60% and RSD was 1.11%.Conclusion:This method can be used for quality control of Weidean Tablet.
