摘　　要：文章以中国石油辽河石化分公司开发的欢喜岭牌 80 # 、12 0 # 、15 0 # 芳烃型橡胶填充油作为丁苯橡胶的填充油 ,在实验室小试装置上试制出了合格的SBR 1712充油胶 ,并以欢喜岭牌 12 0 # 芳烃型橡胶填充油为填充油 ,在齐鲁石化股份有限公司橡胶厂丁苯橡胶生产装置上生产出了合格的SBR 1712充油胶 ,产品质量达到优级品的标准 。The qualified SBR 1712 oil extended rubber was developed on bench scale test at laboratory by using 80 #,120 #and 150 # aromatic type rubber filling oil of Huanxiling brand developed by PetroChina Liaohe Petrochemical Subsidiary as the filling oil of SBR.And the qualified SBR 1712 oil extended rubber was produced in SBR unit in Rubber Plant of Qilu Petrochemical Co.Ltd. by taking 120 # aromatic type rubber filling oil of Huanxiling brand as filling oil.This product can reach the premium standard in quality,with higher stress and tensile strength and better relative elongation ratio.
