摘 要:以大果型鹅蛋荔和小果型淮枝品种为对比试材,研究结果表明,两者果实干重、鲜重均相差2.6倍以上;鹅蛋荔大于淮枝既有库大小的原因,也与库活性大小有关;库大小主要体现在细胞数量上而与细胞大小无关;在果实发育期间,大果型的鹅蛋荔果皮中ZRs含量和ZRs/ABA一直高于小果型的淮枝;鹅蛋荔果实的呼吸率高于淮枝。Large-fruited'Edanli'litchi and small-fruited'Huaizhi'litchi were studied in comparison.The former was2.6times larger in weight than the latter.It was found that difference in fruit size between these two cultivars was related to both sink size and sink activity.Sink size was better expressed as cell number rather than being expressed as cell size.Cell number in the pericarp of'Edanli'was significantly greater than that of'Huaizhi'and no significance of difference in cell size was found between them.Sink strength(AGR)of'Edanli'was greater than that of'Huaizhi'throughout the whole stage of fruit development,yet not being the same case with sink activity(RGR).Large-fruited'Edanli'showed consistently higher level of ZRs and higher ratio of ZRs/ABA in the pericarp than did the small-fruited'Huaizhi'during fruit development.Significantly higher respiration rate was determined in'Edanli'as compared with'Huaizhi'.
