摘　　要：本文以“家庭经营的规模有效性”为假设前提 ,采用博弈论方法 ,分析了三种农业产业化经营组织模式 (“企业 +农户”“合作组织 +农户”“企业 +合作组织 /大户 +农户”) ,揭示组织模式演化的内在合理性。在此基础上 ,借鉴发达国家的经验 ,提出在中国发达地区实行农业产业化经营组织股份制改造的构想 。Based on the assumption of household economy effectiveness in rural China, this paper analyses three types of organizational models in agricultural industrialization, namely 'company+household', 'cooperation+household' and 'company+cooperation+household', by using game theory. Some guidelines are formulated for improving the organizational design, and a new innovative system with compatible incentives in the development of organizational model is put forward-shareholding system in relatively developed areas in China. Some issues are further discussed on the relationship between the alternative model and the transfer of land use right.
