摘 要:试验测定了营养酸模不同生育期(苗期、叶簇期、抽茎期、孕蕾期、种子成熟期及枯黄期)的维生素C、维生素B1、B2及胡萝卜素的含量,揭示了维生素的动态变化规律。发现营养酸模中维生素含量十分丰富,均高出一般果蔬、牧草的数倍,高含量的维生素与其抗逆性、高蛋白、速生高产等生物学特性有着密切的关系;同时发现,维生素含量在不同生育期中变化幅度很大,差异悬殊(P<0.01),以叶簇期和抽茎期为最高,而后呈直线下降趋势,因而适时合理的确定其采收刈割期极为重要。试验数据为进一步研究与其他营养物质的关系以及加工、开发利用提供了科学依据。The contents of Vc, VB1, VB2 and carotene at the different growing periods of seedling, leafage, stooling, budding, seed maturing and withering stage were determined and the dynamic variation rules of each vitamin content were revealed. The results showed that there was abundant vitamins in nutritious dock, in which vitamin contents were multiple times more than that in general vegetable, fruit and forage. Meanwhile, there were close correlations between vitamin contents and the biological characteristics of stress tolerance, high protein content and fast growth. Further analysis indicated that the vitamin contents variation were significant difference (P<0.01) in different growing stage, the two highest vitamin contents were appeared in leafage and stooling stage and decreased after stooling, so it was important to harvest and mow at suitable stage. As the basic and scientific information, the results would be able to carry out related studies and development and utilization.
