番茄TMV、叶霉病和根结线虫病苗期多抗性鉴定方法的研究

摘　　要：为加速蕃茄抗病育种工作的进行 ,研究了蕃茄 TMV、叶霉病和根结线虫病苗期多抗性的鉴定方法。结果表明 ,番茄苗期 TMV、叶霉病、根结线虫病的最佳复合鉴定方法是 ,在 2片真叶接种根结线虫 ,采用灌根法 ,接种浓度 5 0 0 0条 /株 ,接种后 5 0 d调查病情 ;3片真叶接种 TMV,采用摩擦法接种 ,接种量 1g病叶加蒸留水 10 m L,接种后第 3d复接一次 ,接种后 2 0 d调查病情 ;4片真叶接种叶霉病 ,采用喷雾法接种 ,接种浓度 10 6个孢子 / m L,接种后The results of the experiment showed that:The best method of identification of TMV?Leaf Mold and Root-knot Nematode is:Root-knot Nematode is inoculated at 2 true leaf,water into the soil,5 000 nematodes/plant,investigate the disease after 50 days;TMV is inoculated at 3 true leaf,wear on the leaf,the concentration is 1 g diseased leaf mingled with 10 g distilled water,investigate the disease after 20 days;Leaf Mold is inoculated at 4 true leaf,spraying on the leaf,the concentration is 10 6 spores/mL,investigate the disease after 18 days.$$$$
