摘 要:以 6× 3不完全双列杂交 (Nc )衍生的 18个家系实生苗为材料 ,估算了 9个甘蔗亲本的 5个主要经济性状的遗传方差、一般配合力 (gca)和特殊配合力 (sca)效应。结果表明 :茎径和锤度的遗传主要受加性基因效应控制 ,而丛重和丛有效茎数的遗传是基因加性和非加性效应共同作用的结果。根据性状的平均值、一般配合力效应和特殊配合力效应 ,评价了亲本无性系的遗传特点及其在甘蔗杂交育种上的利用价值。以 CP6 5 / 35 7和 CP81/ 12 5 4作为母本能把高糖特性传递给后代 ,崖82 / 96是最理想的父本 ,其杂交后代表现高产、高糖。综合表现较好的组合有 CP6 5 / 35 7×崖 71/374 ,CP6 5 / 35 7×崖 82 / 96 ,CP81/ 12 5 4×崖 84 / 15 3。Genetic variance, gca and sca effects for 5 traits in 9 sugarcane parents were estimated with the seedlings of 18 families derived from a 6×3 incomplete diallel design. The results showed that stalk diameter and brix were mainly controlled by additive gene effects, while the inheritance of clump weight and the millable stalk number per clump were controlled by both additive and non-additive genes. The heredity for the traits of the parental clones and the value for cross-breeding were evaluated on the basis of their average performance, gca and sca effects. It was suggested that CP65/357 and CP81/1254 were better female clones to transfer high sucrose content to their progenies, Ya82/96 was the most desirable male clone its because progenies was outstanding both in sucrose content and yield. According to the performance of population, the best combinations were CP65/357×Ya71/374, CP65/357×Ya82/96, CP81/1254×Ya84/153.
