饲料中添加植酸酶对成年公鸡消化代谢的影响

摘　　要：采用两种饲料配方(配方1含麸皮5%,配方2含麸皮10%),按厂家使用说明采用两个植酸酶添加量(600mg/kg和1000mg/kg),对成年公鸡按相同体重分为三组,每只公鸡一次性强饲40g配合饲料,在强饲后收集排泄物48h,之后分析各组每只鸡的排泄物。初步结果表明,两个植酸酶添加量对两种配合饲料的表观干物质、有机物和钙消化率的影响均在5%之内;对表观磷消化率的影响则高达22.2%;对表观粗蛋白质代谢率达11.7%。由此结论,随着植酸酶添加量从600至1000mg/kg提高,①表观磷消化率大幅度提高,植酸磷的利用提高;②表观粗蛋白质代谢率明显提高。The experiment studied the effects of adding phytase in two deffent diets(one in-cluding5%bran,another10%)on nutrition metabolic rate for adult cock.The adult cocks with same body weights were randomly divided into three groups and three deffent diets including0,600,1000mg/kg phytase were prepared for the three groups.Each cock in each group was forced to eat40g diet,then excretion was collected for48h.The result indicated that;the defference of digetibility of apparent dry substance,organic matter and calcium between the group fed diet containing0mg/kg phytase and the group fed diet containing600mg/kg phytase is less than5%,and that between the group fed diet containing0mg/kg phytase and the group fed diet containing1000mg/kg phytase is less than5%too,but that of apparent P is high to22.2%;that of apparent crude protein is high to11.7%.So,we can concluded that;increasing phytase in diet from600to1000mg/kg increased digetibility of aparent P and aparent crude protein.
