论光敏核不育系HN5s的分类地位

摘　　要：程氏指数法、外稃双峰乳突鉴定法、同工酶分析及亲和性分析等 4种方法研究了光敏核不育系 HN5 s的分类地位。结果显示 :HN 5 s在程氏指数、外稃双峰乳突鉴定均表现类似籼稻的特征 ,但脱粒性明显属粳型 ;除 Amp外 ,同工酶 Acp和 Est也都呈籼稻的特征 ;亲和性研究表明 ,HN5 s对 4个广亲和性鉴定标准测验种和 7个典型籼、粳品种均有较高的杂交亲和性 ,但对籼稻的亲和性更好 ,因此认为 ,HN5 s是一个具有广亲和性的籼粳中间型的光敏核不育系。考虑到中间型本身在自然界的客观存在 ,同时随着籼粳杂交育种的广泛开展以及生物技术在籼粳杂交育种中广泛应用 ,也必将出现更多的籼粳中间型 ,加上中间型与广亲和性之间的密切关系及中间型在籼粳杂种优势利用中的特殊地位等 4个方面的原因 ,作者认为将籼粳中间型与籼。The four methods, Cheng′s morphology index, Scanning electric Microscope on the tubercles of Lemma, isozyme analysis and affinity to four standard typical indica japonical testers as well as 7 indical or japonical native varities, were used for investigation to the classification of a PGMS Line HN5s. HN5s showed indica like traits in Cheng′s morphology,tubercles of Lemma and zymograms exception to the Amp, while HN5s has higher affinity to indica as well as japonica and is hard to thresth like japonica. The results indicated that HN5s is an intermediate type between indica and japonica like Photoperiod sensitive genic male sterile (PGMS) Line with lower temperature for fertility transfomation below 23℃(daily mean T) and with the trait of wide compatibility.A discussion on classification of the intermediate type was done,suggesting that the intermediate type maybe was the third subspecies besides indica subspecies and japonica subspecies within O.sativa L.
