摘 要:本文以青菜 (Brassicachinensis)和芥菜 (B .juncea)的健康株及接种芜菁花叶病毒 (TuMV)的感病株为材料 ,比较测定了两者的光合作用参数 ,观察了细胞病变和叶绿体超微结构变化。结果表明 :受病毒侵染青菜和芥菜的叶绿素含量、光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率比对照明显降低 ,Hill反应活性分别下降了 6 4 4 9%和 5 9 83%。病变细胞质内分布大量线形病毒粒子和柱状内含体 ,叶绿体片层结构发育差 ,淀粉粒积累减少 ,后期畸形肿胀 。In this paper some photosynthetic data and ultrastructural alteration of healthy Brassica chinensis, B. juncea and these host plants infected with Turnip mosaic virus (TuMV) were studied. The results showed that chlorophyll content, photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and transpiration were reduced in virus infected plants as compared with that of healthy plants. Hill reaction of host leaves was lower than that of healthy B.chinensis 64.49% and healthy B. juncea 59.83%. A large number of virus particles and cylindrical inclusions were found in the cytoplasm of host plants. Some chloroplast abnormalitis were observed, including inhibition of lamellar development, accumulation of smaller starch grains, swollen and rounded, membrane vesiculation and disintegration.
