摘　　要：植物生物反应器为人类提供了更为安全的疫苗生产体系。研究显示植物源性的绿色疫苗确实能诱导动物和人产生粘膜和全身性免疫应答。与传统疫苗相比 ,可食疫苗更简单、安全、稳定、经济和卫生。本文综述了绿色疫苗基因工程的研究及进展 。Plant bioreactors is a safer production system of vaccines for human being.The researches indicate that the plant-derived green vaccines reliably induce mucous membrane and systemic immune responses in animal and human.Compared with the traditional vaccines,the edible vaccines are even simpler and safer,and more stable,economical and sanitary.In this paper,the investigations and advances in genetic engineering of the green vaccines were reviewed.Furthermore,some potential problems and their corresponding strategies were discussed.
