替代混合物燃爆特性的理论及实验研究

摘　　要：研究了 R12 5对 R2 90、R6 0 0、R6 0 0 a、R32、R14 3a和 R15 2 a可燃性的抑制规律 ,按照国家标准对此类混合工质燃爆特性的变化规律进行了实验 ,得出了相关的爆炸极限的变化曲线及临界抑爆浓度。根据混合可燃气体爆炸极限的倒数的法则及实验结果 ,建立了含有一种不可燃工质的三元混合工质爆炸极限与临界抑爆浓度的半经验模型。结果表明所提出的半经验模型计算结果与实验误差不超过 10 %。This paper studies the suppression of R125 to the flammability of R290,R600,R600a,R32,R143a and R152a.Experimental research of the flammability of these mixtures has been carried out according to the national standards.We got the curves of the relating explosive limits and the critical suppressive concentration,and set up a semi empirical model about the explosive limit and the critical suppression concentration of a tri component mixture including an incombustible component basing on the reciprocal rule of the explosive limit of the flammable gas and the experimental results.The results show that the percentage error between the model and the experimental is not more than 10%.
