摘 要:利用 PS- 激光衍射粒度仪对一种新型内超声气泡雾化喷嘴进行了实验研究 ,主要分析了喷嘴内簧片哨的不同结构尺寸和工作状况对液体雾化颗粒直径分布的影响。Based on the mechanism of effervescent atomizers and the theory of ultrasonic atomizers, a new atomizer, ultrasonic-effervescent atomizer, was developed. In this atomizer, a reed is used to produce ultrasonic to control the stability of two-phase bubbly flow in the mixing-chamber of the atomizer. The test program primarily includes the distribution of SMD at different air/liquid mass flow-rates, the influences of the length of the reed and the diameter of the liquid orifice on the mean drop size. In this paper we also discuss the conditions of syntony between the reed and the liquid jet. When the frequency of the reed and that of the liquid jet are the same, they will be sympathetic vibrations, and now it can strengthen the atomization performances.
